Our team delivered full-site services across the initial 13-acre phase, including comprehensive land clearing, grading, and pad development to lay the groundwork for future commercial, residential, and retail opportunities. A key feature of this phase was the construction of a 4,000-foot access road, providing vital connectivity within the development and to surrounding infrastructure.

Additionally, we successfully installed critical underground utilities — water, sewer, and gas lines — ensuring the site is fully equipped for the next stages of growth.
