Pilot Travel Center

This fast-tracked project was completed in just 90 days and included comprehensive site demolition, clearing, grading, and subbase stabilization. Erosion control and stormwater protection systems were implemented to ensure environmental compliance throughout construction. Full utility infrastructure was installed, including water, storm, and sanitary sewer mains. Off-site improvements included DOT-compliant roadway upgrades and widening to enhance traffic flow and capacity. Additional contract scope encompassed the construction of vehicle-specific infrastructure, such as auto and truck fueling islands, travel lanes, protective canopies, heavy-duty curbs, parking aprons, and pedestrian sidewalks.
