The Highlands Sports Complex

Completion of a transformative project at The Highlands in Triadelphia, West Virginia! Our team led the site development for a premier new indoor sports complex and outdoor turf field, creating a foundation for a major recreational destination in the region.

Key achievements included major bulk excavation and precision grading operations across the expansive site, installation of a comprehensive storm drainage network, and the construction of an underground detention system to manage stormwater efficiently and sustainably. We prepared a 200,000-square-foot building footprint to support the future state-of-the-art indoor sports facility, along with detailed complex concrete work that required multiple pads at varying finish elevations to meet exact design specifications.

Throughout the project, seamless coordination was critical. Our team collaborated closely with a wide range of subcontractors, including the structural steel contractor and the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) contractor, ensuring every aspect of the work stayed on schedule and aligned with the project's high standards.
