This multi-phase expansion project showcased our expertise in large-scale excavation and site development for high-traffic hospitality and entertainment facilities.

Phase I began with the reconfiguration of parking areas and installation of critical underground utilities, including storm drainage, gas, sanitary, water, and fire protection systems. We then executed bulk building pad excavation for a future five-story hotel, followed by precision structural concrete work — including grade beams, shear walls, slab-on-grade, and slab-on-deck — along with prep for deep piling installation.

Our scope also included oversight of landscaping coordination to ensure quality delivery across trades.

Phase III advanced the site further with excavation, subgrade prep, compaction, and fine grading for a 13,000-square-foot casino addition, reinforcing our role in building premium guest experiences from the ground up.
